TIGHT ACCESS MACHINERY
Not all jobs have access for larger machinery meaning smaller, tight access machinery (less than one metre wide) sometimes needs to be used. In this case a small excavator was used to demolish the swimming pool, surrounding paving and retaining walls of raised garden bed. The raised garden bed was then excavated and the material used to partially fill the pool. ‘Mini tippers’ were then used to bring in the remaining fill material and topsoil.
Decking was then built over part of the pool with a new wall then constructed at the back of the garden area. The remaining area was then seeded leaving the client with a large backyard and entertaining area.
