Low-Maintenance Transformation for Future Development
In the Brighton area under Bayside City Council, our Seacombe project focused on preparing a property for future development while ensuring it remains low-maintenance in the short term. The clients, who spend a significant portion of their time overseas, needed a practical solution. We demolished the existing structures and installed synthetic grass to create an attractive, hassle-free outdoor space. This transformation provides a clean, green area that requires minimal upkeep, allowing the property to remain well-kept and ready for future development when the clients return
