The small concrete swimming pool at a tenanted property in Canterbury was a nuisance for the owners with ongoing maintenance costs and equipment breakdowns.

The pool was demolished and filled using tight access equipment before the brick paving edge repaired and instant lawn installed leaving a low maintenance yard for the tenants.
