This swimming pool at a rental property in Balwyn North had become a health and safety hazard for tenants.

Existing tiles were removed and then re-laid as a header course at the completion of the pool demolition and filling.

This gave a clean edge and removing the look of the old pool before instant lawn was laid to create a safe, low maintenance backyard.
