Albany Road, Toorak - November 2013

This large concrete pool and paved area at a tenanted property in Albany Rd, Toorak were demolished and filled to reduce the safety issues of the rental property and make it easier to maintain. The pool and surrounding paving were demolished and the area filled, topsoiled and turfed to make safe outdoor area for the tenant’s young family.
